Orlando, Fla., November 28, 2006 — Aechelon Technology, Inc. announced today that it has been awarded a contract by SYMVIONICS, Inc. to provide pC-NOVA image generators, databases and a database generation system for the T-45C RAMP Operational Flight Trainer (s/n 23), with options for s/n 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28. ‘SYMVIONICS is the prime contractor for the T-45C RAMP program under NAVAIR’s Training System Contract II (TSC II).
Aechelon Technology will supply its pC-NOVA v3.5 image generators, to be integrated with the host computer using the CIGI 3.1 interface. The IGs will provide five channels of ultra high resolution OTW visuals, and feature Aechelon Technology’s pC-NOVA software-based runtime engine and multiple, high detail databases. Aechelon Technology will also provide its C-Genesis database generation system (DBGS). The databases will support Government-developed Portable Source Initiative (PSI) formats.
