Aechelon and Pilatus Aircraft Ltd Sign Overarching Agreement for PC-7 MKX Programs

Aechelon Technology, Inc. (“Aechelon”), a leading provider of advanced geospatial, visual, and sensor simulation solutions, and Pilatus Aircraft Ltd (“Pilatus”) are pleased to announce the signing of an overarching agreement for the integration of Aechelon’s Image and Sensor Generators and Global Commercial Databases across Pilatus’ flight simulation programs.
Under this new framework, Aechelon has also been awarded contracts to deliver Image Generators and Databases using Synthetic Reality—the first projects executed within the scope of the agreement.
Aechelon will supply multiple state-of-the-art Nucleus Image Generators, each capable of supporting up to eight GPUs per 4U system, along with Mixed Reality Stations, Global Commercial Databases, and full integration services.
In addition, a fully featured demonstration system will be available at the Pilatus headquarters demo center in Stans, Switzerland, under the terms of the overarching agreement.
By delivering a comprehensive, turnkey solution—including software, hardware, moving models, global database content, program management, and systems engineering support—Aechelon ensures maximum value and minimal risk under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) arrangement.
