The Quadro Plex VCS, the world’s first dedicated visual computing system from NVIDIA Corporation, the worldwide leader in programmable graphics processor technologies, brings graphics performance and image quality to unprecedented levels for professional applications. pC-NOVA systems incorporating NVIDIA Quadro Plex will be demonstrated at the I/ITSEC conference in Orlando, Florida December 4-7, 2006, booth 1439.
The NVIDIA Quadro Plex VCS is designed to interface with standard workstations and servers to deliver advanced scalability for demanding professional applications, enabling the use of up to 8 GPUs per system for unparalleled visual compute density. Quadro Plex also includes support for NVIDIA Quadro G-Sync genlock and framelock technology for seamless channel synchronization, and NVIDIA SLI multi-GPU technology, enabling transparent integration of multiple NVIDIA GPUs per rendering channel, and providing near eye-limiting resolution support in pC-NOVA without a single custom component in the system.
