San Francisco, Calif. — 19 August, 2019 — Aechelon Technology, Inc. announced today that the Software Engineering Division (MAS), part of the Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO_ALC), has awarded a sole source, firm-fixed price contract (FA8224-19-C-A035) to Aechelon Technology to provide an Image Generator to the Human Engineering Development System (HEDS). HEDS is responsible for prototyping F-16 Operational Flight Program (OFP) modifications in a flight simulator, then demonstrating the modification to pilots for human factors design considerations.  

Aechelon Technology will supply its state of the art pC-NOVA™ v.8.2 Image Generator, a multi-channel, visual database image generator. Aechelon Technology will also provide high fidelity multi-spectral visual and sensor databases, 3D moving models, and a variety of airfields from its extensive library already being used on other DoD programs.
