Aechelon Technology Receives Contract for Nine (9) Image Generators for the MV-22 ECP 15

San Francisco, Calif. – October 24, 2017 — Aechelon Technology, Inc. announced today that Veraxx Engineering Corporation (Veraxx), has awarded it a contract to provide 9 Image Generators. The technology will be used on training devices for the U.S. Marine Corps MV-22 program at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Marine Corps Air Station New River, and Marine Corps Air Station Futenma.  Veraxx is a subcontractor to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. (BHTI) the prime contractor for the program responsible for delivering the upgrades and modifications to the MV-22 Containerized Flight Training Devices (CFTD), Flight Training Device (FTD) and Full Flight Simulators (FFS) as well as various other supporting subsystems.

The program requires the replacement of the current Image Generators located within the MV-22 trainers and provides initial through advanced MV-22 training. Aechelon will work closely with Veraxx to accomplish the mission.

Aechelon Technology will supply its new pC-NOVA v7.5 and v 8.0 Image Generators for the multi-channel out the window (OTW) display systems.
