Getafe, Madrid, Spain — 30 January 2024  — Aechelon Technology, Inc. and CT Ingenieros S.A. announced today a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) for their collaboration and bidding for the Spanish, European, and other foreign markets.

Under the MOU, CT is named by Aechelon as its first choice for product sales and integration services for the Spanish government, and Aechelon’s products are reciprocally CT’s first choice when applicable to customer requirements.

Furthermore, both partners agreed on a mutual non-exclusive priority consideration of their products and services in the European and other foreign markets.

CT and Aechelon enjoyed a pre-existing, strong engineering relationship, which resulted in pre-integrated Mixed Reality & ISR* products with global geo-spatial databases and engineering support, which reduce risk, cost, and schedule while increasing operational capabilities on advanced prime contractor projects.
