New River, NC, August 23, 2008 — Veraxx Engineering and Aechelon Technology, Inc. announced today the UH-1N APT trainer located aboard Marine Corps Air Station New River featuring Aechelon Technology’s Image Generator and Databases has reached Ready For Training status. Veraxx Engineering was the prime contractor for the program.

Aechelon Technology supplied its pC-NOVA™ v3.5 Image Generator which was integrated with the host computer using the CIGI 3.1 interface. The Image Generator provides three channels of ultra high resolution OTW and NVG visuals supporting the latest SEOS 2015 QXGA Zorro® 2Kx1.5K LCoS Projectors. Aechelon Technology also provided the sensor image generation and simulation for the BRIGHT Star® II FLIR and CCDs.
